Oahu Taekwondo Center Women's Kickboxing Program

In 1998 Brian McCutcheon, owner and instructor of Oahu Taekwondo Center, created a kickboxing class made especially for women.  The program is a combination of Taekwondo kicks and Boxing techniques.  With the use of kicking paddles, punching focus mitts and heavy bags you are able to get a GREAT cardio workout. In addition to the cardio workout each class will finish with exercises that are designed to target areas like abs, butt,  and inner and outer thighs. 

Oahu Taekwondo Center's women’s only kickboxing class is designed to provide women with a comfortable environment where they can get a great workout, learn how to punch and kick effectively, in a system that offers tremendous variety and something new as compared to a routine aerobics class or any other typical gym activity.

Women of all ages are welcomed to come up and try out one class for FREE to see if it is right for you. For your initial class you will join the group for a light jog and stretch, and then you will work in a semi-private lesson with an instructor apart from the group until you are ready to join in with the main group.
